Our small group fitness classes are a great way to get started on your fitness journey. Group classes offer an accountability of working with others on a common goal, support and encouragement. Our classes are limited to small groups to better allow our us to provide professional training and safely guide you through each workout.

This is a low impact, full body stretching class that will guide and teach you how to relax and stretch from head to toe. We will also focus on breathing to help increase range of motion and relaxation. All levels are welcome, no experience needed.
