Our small group fitness classes are a great way to get started on your fitness journey. Group classes offer an accountability of working with others on a common goal, support and encouragement. Our classes are limited to small groups to better allow our us to provide professional training and safely guide you through each workout.

This class is for anyone looking to improve flexibility, range of motion, reduce discomforts and over all just feel and move better. Open to all levels, no experience needed. Learn how to stretch and move the body from head to feet. Low impact class.
