Our small group fitness classes are a great way to get started on your fitness journey. Group classes offer an accountability of working with others on a common goal, support and encouragement. Our classes are limited to small groups to better allow our instructors to provide professional training and safely guide you through each workout. 

We offer group classes in:

  • Functional Strength & Mobility

  • Express Stretching

  • Intro to ANIMAL FLOW
